Message	Thats what I figured. Haven't found any threads describing the effect of asymmetric VTC failure.The acceleration difference between the 2 cars was incredible even though the clutch is beginning to slip badly in the quicker car. Otherwise the car with the failed VTC ran smoothly, just low power. Oh well, engines are now out of both cars and the one that had issues is getting lots of upgrades so I might never know for sure. I'm tempted to unplug one VTC and test drive one after they are reassembled to see how much if effects ecceleration.
